The Women’s Shelter Program of San Luis Obispo has a Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) clinic for victims of intimate partner violence. The Women’s Shelter Program supplies victims with assistance in completing Restraining Order forms and paperwork, and can answer all questions surrounding the Temporary Restraining Order process. Advocates are also available to accompany victims to legal hearings and offer comfort during stressful court appearances.
Our network of volunteer attorneys and paralegals make a difference each and every day. With the ongoing support of our generous contributor, SLOLAC, we are able to continue to provide these critical services to keep families safe.
To schedule an appointment, please contact our 24-hour crisis hotline at (805) 781-6400. Appointments are mandatory.
