Program Outcomes:
The employment assistance services provided by the agency have been shown to be effective for many of the participating clients. Outcome data from the most recent fiscal year (2010/2011) indicates that of those clients who completed an individualized employment plan (IEP), 47% obtained employment. 38% of these clients retained employment. Likewise 45% were able enroll in a vocational training or educational class.
